Design and manage production for all global launch merchandising for the brand’s three product categories: Skincare, Makeup and Fragrance. Work also done in areas of retail enviroments, packaging and permanent merchandising.
Launch testers for all global markets were designed, presented and produced for 50+ projects per year. Luxurious materials were used to connect the brand today with its upscale heritage while clean and sometimes playful displays helped push the brand towards a more contemporary and youthful aesthetic.
The fresh approach to the brand’s merchandising led to double digit growth in all markets globally. The use of touchscreen technology helped modernize the brand and align the in store retail experience with the growing online retail experience.
