Google Workplace of the Future Workshop

Organize and run a 3 day creative workshop focusing on ideas for the workplace of the future.

By leading groups of internal and external experts in the areas of real estate, technology and human resources, a pipeline of ideas was generated to help Google maintain its authority in workplace environments and inspire innovation, collaboration and communication.

The workshop required the setup and management of a variety of expert speakers in the areas of coworking spaces, workplace culture, architecture, and programmable habitats. Smaller groups were led on field trips to observe various workplace contexts before creative sessions were begun. Brainstorming in large and small groups using random connection and device / function matrices were carried out to create a large pool of ideas. These were then documented in full for final presentation.
